Being a non-European, I am continuously facing rejections for Strategy Consulting roles as I don't speak the local language. While the UK has a whole different VISA issue if you are not living there.

How feasible is it to try to get to the US for such roles from Europe? I am guessing even tougher, but then there are significantly more roles to apply. Any thoughts?

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. Any suggestions how to handle the credit card debt without racking up tons of ongoing card interest?

Got targeted for Amex platinum 100k. Is it worth it? Is there a higher targeted offer?
