I interviewed with CFG and it was a waste of time. They had me present a case study (which I prepped for for a week) and while I think it went pretty well, a recruiter (not even anyone on the hiring panel) reached out to me a few days later saying they wouldn't be proceeding. No reason, no explanation. Nothing. A week of fair work thrown out the window. And I know my work was on point (at least technically) bcos that's what I do. The panelists were barely attentive during my demo so I guess they had already decided. And that's fine - but I'll never get that time back.
I'm sure they do great work but my personal experience with them was pretty bad, and that to me is an indicative of their culture.
Gears CRM and Cloud for Good come to mind.

Sounds identical to my experience interviewing with traction a few years ago
+1 for Cloud for Good :)
