Bain & Company Moving to strategy consulting!
Looking for recommendations for how I can transition back to consulting and mainly MBB.

10 yoe with healthcare consulting with Strategy& in APAC, Middle East and Australia on varied health insurance consultations working as a director leading data science teams.
Feel like I am losing my MC mojo and want to get some years of experience in MBB McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group

Total comp or base? The more obvious choices are the big tech companies (FAAG). I’m sure the PE shops can easily get there too. Curious to hear from others who exited at or around that level recently.

Will WF in Austin really do $120-140K base salary for an L9 equivalent? That’s basically 2-5 years out of school at Accenture. I don’t even think they pay that much to post-MBA hires - someone please correct me if that’s not the case.
Does anyone know how well the banks pay? I see SVB, Charles Schwab, and others around ATX but I’m not sure if they drop comp based on COL
