I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

EY has a bunch of really smart people in our Oracle Practice who you can learn a lot from. We are a smaller practice so you have lots of good visibility to leadership and opportunities to help grow the practice which I like a lot! Salary is decent but I’ve had fantastic WLB since starting.
Senior and Manager are the most likely to have openings right now
Deloitte pays the best, but has arguably the worst WLB.
Best is still Deloitte and Accenture (I know not b4). They sit as the leaders in the industry. Would argue KPMG is second tier in that aspect as we continue to win a lot of work, even taking from Deloitte and Accenture.
I mean, alright. I make pretty good margins on my engagements, not sure what else to add that neither you or I truly know about.
