The usual suspects in NYC are Tourneau, Wempe in 5th avenue and Watches of Switzerland (Hudson Yards and Soho). Cellini Jewelers has a number of high end watchmakers (eg H Moser, Gronefeld, Lange). Also, each brand should have their own boutique for the most part (Omega, JLC, Breitling, IWC, etc). Grand Seiko had a really cool popup in Soho but it’s closed now until they move to their permanent location in a couple of weeks (they have a store in midtown east too though)
The diamond district will also have a lot of hard to find watches (eg SS Rolexes) albeit at grey market prices.
