Best way to find work in the US without MBA or company transfer? (As a foreigner)

Big 4 alum - was looking at SAP on Aws opportunity in AWS - do I need to do AWS cert to qualify ? Also, for program manager do I need a specific certificate too? Have 10 yrs of sol arch exp in data and analytics as well as PN experience in Big 4.. please help

Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? Two years into MBB post MBA, I realize my passion lies in technology. Although to progress in tech, you need to be a product manager. I have no prior product experience so will have to start from scratch. Have I wasted my two years at MBB when I could have recruited for product roles in business school?

Went into an industry PMO role after consulting and literally hating every second of it after a year. What to get back to more S&O / BizOps focused roles. Any advice from others that made the transition?

I believe in the philosophy of learning from other's experiences, success stories, mistakes and regrets while keeping in mind that similar set of life events may unfold into totally different ways/outcomes for others as there are always too many variables in the equation called LIFE. Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting.
