Hey all, having issues with interviewing this year. I’ve been passed over every opportunity I really want and I’m unsure how to regroup and move forward. I’m really trying to break into method development roles and I haven’t had the opportunity to do so with my analytical experience. A lot of my HPLC and LCMS experience is with already established methods. Any tips?

Anyone’s con Ed bill extraordinarily high this month? Mine is ~$400. I’ve gotten mail notice from con Ed needing to install a “smart meter” and for every month missed it’s a $100 fee. Is it necessary to state your current salary to your interviewer while negotiating your desired salary? I feel that in doing so, you may not get compensated as per your market value if you were not properly compensated in your earlier organization.

Just left the job and the previous company announced hike today 😖(Just 15 days after me leaving the job). Feeling at loss. But they have said they will give it after 3 months to their employees. . I hope the package I have got will be higher than what the hike will bring to them.
