Currently working for a very viral brand where the internal structure, leadership, and planning is an absolute nightmare. No clear direction, priorities constantly changing, not nearly enough people to accomplish what’s being asked of us. An absolute mess with no light at the end of the tunnel.

Looking for a change - any insight on brands who actually have things together internally would be greatly appreciated.

What’s it like at Verizon?

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else. Would love to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation and can offer some advice.
