Has anyone joined Thoughtwork as a business analyst recently ?

What are the chances in percentage to get work from home and if someone joins and denies coming to office, what is the best case scenario? How how many projects can a candidate deny?

FYI : I have my last round of interview on January 2nd week, so wanted to know a few things before I appear for the interview

Hi Fishies, i have experience working on Oracle Peoplesoft as well as Oracle Cloud.
Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.
Will it be a good choice in the long run?
Also, how hard is it to learn workday without proper formal training/certification ?

This project keeps me wondering- why am I still doing this? Stockholm syndrome I guess...

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
