Currently in the process of interview for the role of a Technical Writer at Amazon (Seattle). Before the virtual onsite loop, I have been asked to provide an expected salary including base, bonus, and equity.

Based on my search, I am expecting a base salary of 105 - 120K. However, I am not sure about the bonus and equity. Any thoughts?

I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

Working in a plane on a Friday # hate inefficient seniors

One of the managers on my team continually throws me under the bus to the whole team even though I have proof to back up they’re wrong and it was their mistake. It’s just so infuriating. I have to just suck it up and take it even though I haven’t done anything wrong. When we’re 1 on 1, they admit their mistake and apologizes to me but also gaslights me. To the team they says it’s all my fault.

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...
