Can anybody tell me why I'm not getting shortlisted why resume is rejected so many times. My resume is ATS approved then also every time I got rejected, I have applied for almost 1000 companies in 3 months and got only 5 interviews call finding a job is so much difficult nowadays. Is this happening only with me or with everybody's.

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer. I had two rounds of discussion (more than a month ago) and the recruiter informed me that they’ll be scheduling the HR discussion and then be rolling out the offer.

I appeared in L2 round of Capgemini recently.
Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.

Even after creating 2 asked program and answering 80% of their questions correctly.
Got rejected.
Didn't expect this kind of L2 round from Capgemini.
