How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else?
