They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. Hello, I’ve just completed my TPM on-site today. How long before the decision is made by the HC? What base and TC can I expect ? I’ve 5+ years at MAANG, across engineering, analyst, TPM roles.
