Can anyone say what the expected raise is going from L5 ACC to L6 CC at Amazon?

Hi my wife got selected in annalect. The package is good. But can anyone tell how is the working culture in annalect. Is it good for a female employee to work here

I raised couple of snapshots more than a couple of months ago. Despite constant reminders my 1 snapshot is not being approved.

Due to that 1 pending snapshot my 80% mark is not being touched. What if I was looking forward to mid year appraisal/promotion?

Would it get hampered due to this?

I have 11 yoe and getting an offer from HP Enterprise in Bangalore with 30 LPA Fixed and Offer Letter mentions variable. Work is in Go, Scala and Apache Spark. While Synechron offers me 33 LPA but no bonus in Hyderabad, work is in Java, Spring boot and MongoDB. I am confused between these two.

My current location is Hyderabad. I worked in PBC for 7 years.

So, basically my choice is between location (convenience) and Money vs Brand and Better Work.

Is IBM have fixed band of salary. Because HR is saying they can not pay beyond their 'pay band' though you have higher amount offer from other company (NTT data)
What should be done in this case?

I'm a first yr attorney at an insurance firm and am in the process of interviewing for an in-house position at a tech company. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. How common is it to eventually make $350k+ in-house/how difficult is it to transition back to a firm? Thanks!

Trying to get some salary data. I’m a 2016 grad doing global litigation in house in a major metro area (NYC/DC/SF). My salary is $182K. My company says that I’m being paid above market and that doesn’t seem accurate. Could others share their details so I can either (1) push back more on salary; or (2) adjust my expectations.
