Hi Fishes, I have 3.7 YOE, cleared the interview from epam anywhere(Sytem engineer A2) and deloitte (cloud & devops). How much CTC i can ask from epam anywhere and Deloitte ?

Trying to lateral (third year) from general corporate boutique to mid/big law. After great interviews was turned down by two firms citing that they wanted more pointed experience. Any advice? 1. How difficult are the client rounds of interviews after onboarding in epam? Do we get intresting projects or boaring projects like mastercard?

2. My offer letter says it's completely remote, does the remote working depend on the project I will get or it will always be remote as per my offer letter.

Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.

How do you approach giving feedback to your boss who is not great at managing, but became your friend? I’ve been in this situation twice. Trying to get some salary data. I’m a 2016 grad doing global litigation in house in a major metro area (NYC/DC/SF). My salary is $182K. My company says that I’m being paid above market and that doesn’t seem accurate. Could others share their details so I can either (1) push back more on salary; or (2) adjust my expectations.

I'm looking to switch from criminal prosecution to in house. I have a 13 year background in healthcare and white collar fraud investigations. I'm looking to limit litigation (I've tried enough cases) and hopefully increase pay switching from government.
