Is there any opening for service management
WFH is going swimmingly 😎

Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

From what I hear, IPG is currently throwing out huge numbers to get creatives in their offices before the merger. 220 for VP ACD is considered high.
My guess is hiring these higher level positions, laying off mid-level creative, and replacing with jr staff at a much lower starting rate than their predecessors were hired at.
ACD and VP ACD are also different things even though they’re the same thing.
The ACD band could go to $175 but then you have the special VP ACD zone.
Also always easier to get that bag when you’re new to a place vs internal raises.
If you got promoted as a staffer, they’ll want to keep you under the band to accommodate for the 2-3% raises and not kick you into the CD title salary band.

I was an SVP at FCB Health NYC, left 3 years ago at $215k base and $15k bonus. For what it's worth when I was there in 2022, they said VP CD salary cap is at $190k.
An IPG in-house recruiter I know pretty well explained to me that they’ll never hire at the top of that band. The best you can hope for is the middle.
Yes. My ACD at Cure is getting 230
220 and 230 Is definitely VP CD territory.
If there’s a VP ACD making that’s it’s probably because they’ve been in the role for many years and have received 3% yearly increases which is standard for IPG.
Think about it… 3% a year at 220 is around $6,500 increase a year.
It seems high but that’s the top of the range in the VP ACD job posting 🤷
Assuming you're not currently at FCB? That probably accounts for the difference.
I didn’t even realize we are hiring.
IPG Health is definitely hiring. Can anyone explain to me why, when Omnicom acquisition of us should on paper mean tremendous amounts of layoffs?
I would start looking. IPG is going to have massive layoffs once the merger occurs.
