Tech stack - SAP ABAP/ABAP ON HANA/ODATA
YOE - 10+

Completed Amazon interviews a few days back.
Recruiter screening, then Hiring Mgr round, then written assessment, then loop, then Bar Raiser - oh god!!!.

What's the dropout/rejection rate after this grand storytelling saga?

Also, does a bar raiser happen to everybody? Or to just the ones who pass the loop?

It was probably for an L6 role - how often do they level up / level down (if they go ahead)?
