I joined Capgemini on 15 th September. But didn't receive salary. Can someone please help on this. When can I expect that.

I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co.
