Happy new year!
After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Agree with both above comments. Been at BAH for 10 years in both federal and commercial. Would definitely echo that pay is most competitive in Commercial (all cyber), Fed cyber, and technical high clearance (TS/SCI w/poly). Like most big companies your day to day experience will vary across accounts and leadership pyramids, but in general WLB is excellent and often makes up for slightly lower pay. Benefits are decent, though not incredible. 401k match is excellent (6%) though only deposited yearly (early Feb, have to be employed on 12/31 to get it for prior year).
Very strong corporate culture. Red hot focus on protecting the brand and being a good corporate citizen. Dramatically stronger corporate governanve procedures in place than anywhere else I've ever worked or observed. Upward mobility is very good *if* you're willing to put in the work (60-70 hour weeks easy if you want to make principal). Job security is very good. Main downside is pay for non-technical talent is 15-35% below market rate and the company will make little to no effort to retain you unless you're in cyber/software.
Each account at BAH is pretty different in terms of pay, culture, diversity etc. I’d say that compensation is probably lower than big 4 but also depends, people in the SIG and Commercial seem to be paid competitively but in other areas it’s shockingly low. I think leadership does value diversity but the minority employee experience is very inconsistent because some middle managers are not supportive of it. Even if our CEO is progressive that doesn’t really matter if your boss doesn’t “get” why diversity initiatives are important.
