Which airlines lounge is the best for a day pass? I have a longer than I'd like layover on my home later in the week and want to try a day pass for one of the clubs. Layover will be in Atlanta. They have United, Delta Sky Club and Admirals Club. Recommendations?

Booked a delta flight from Nassau Bahamas to Newark NJ that connects in Atlanta. It says no plane change, but the aircrafts are listed as different. And i notice all flights on that route say no plane change. How is that possible? The layover is only 45 minutes so given it’s an international connection, i don’t see how it’s possible to connect with a plane change.
