Can I start applying for jobs with 2 yrs of exp in SAP BODS and one AWS CP and developer associate certificate?

I’m gonna cry. In consulting I’m told I’m too geeky and have poor soft skills. I just interviewed at a tech firm and they said I have perfect soft skills but I’m lagging on my tech.

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. For the new lease, I'm still pending full approval from a condo association as I have to do an in person interview. I have paid first months rent in advance. Is there anyway to get that money back?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I came across this company called 'My Consultation Offer' which takes expertise in training you for the above and have a 85% success rate. The package for interview prep, Bootcamp and case study prep is $3497. Should I take it? Don't wanna spend ages on youtube looking at wrong content and wasting time. I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. I’ve never experienced this difficult of a time searching for new opportunities. Is this normal once you hit a certain level in your career or is it just me?

01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

I applied for two positions at a district court that say ‘open until filled’. I’m going on a cruise in a few weeks and don’t want to miss hearing from HR.
The posting says due to the high number of applicants do not follow up, you will be contacted if chosen for an interview.
How much will it hurt me to email and explain that I will be unavailable from 9/5 to 9/16 but I am extremely interested and don’t want to miss hearing from them if I have a chance for the position?

Which one is good ?

I have joined one of big3 consulting. Everything is good here except the fact that company is calling employees back to base location. I feel like I should resign and search for permanent remote role because my presence at my home town with my family is more important right now due to ill health of parents.. I am much confused in deciding what to do in this case. Should I listen to my heart and resign as it will be a very bold decision to take. Or should I just focus on career.

Do you guys think in April, huge resignation wave will start again ? I think people are waiting for annual bonus and yearly hike rollout in March.
