Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Executive VP is higher so it’s prob not C suite. Check https://www.levels.fyi/?compare=Microsoft&track=Software%20Engineering%20Manager
Interesting didn't know this. A former CEO candidate (Omar abbosh) for Accenture left to Microsoft as CVP. Surprised that it didn't translate to C level or even EVP.
Bowl Leader
Tech corporation VPs are execs in the have-own-budget sense, and are usually the first position on the ladder that has this kind of control. By contrast, most directors don't have their own budgets, but need approvals from their VP to do just about anything. VPs may well number in the hundreds at a huge place like MS.
CxOs are top execs in charge of all the other execs. There are literally a handful of these people. They report directly to the CEO and are also responsible to the board of directors (key investors and industry big shot advisors).
More common are EVPs (executive), GVPs (group), and SVPs (senior), who sit in between C-suite and "just" VPs. These folks sometimes like to brand themselves as CEOs of whatever function, which can be semi-factual if their bosses pretty much let them do whatever they want with their org. Still, even the extra-autonamous ones do have bosses, and are distanced from the formal top-level position in title.
More detailed org structure varies by company and by function. At a place as big as MS, you'll see a lot of variation, and while the titles and job codes may follow a hierarchy, the degrees of autonamy and power between execs will vary substantially.
That makes sense. I saw a very senior leader of Accenture join Microsoft as CVP. Didn't realize the gap was that big!
