That’s really low. Our SAs make a base of 90k in low col cities (Dallas, Houston) and 99k in NYC/SF. This is for S1.
Yeah but PWC SA takes 3 years. OP you'll get close to 90k
K1 really!? Thats a huge % jump. I come from govt where you'd be lucky to get a 3-8% increase so guess I'm just not use to it

OP don't get your hopes up as far as K1 is indicating. MC is big with wide pay differences so it's hard to judge whether your team's likely SA first year rates. Regardless it's absurd to expect a 30+% bump, much less nearly 40%. I'd expect it to be 15-20%
Yah 15-22% if OP was around 70k. Second year associates make around 72-76k at least in Chicago. So OP will receive a bigger bump compared to his peers (granted OPs performance is strong)
