I’m 18 yrs of exp, working at Ford in a cloud architect role with a salary of 31lpa (26 fixed + 5 variable). I’m getting offer from Bank of America with fixed ctc of 41lpa for avp designation. 1: EY - FDD, home city, very good $$ for FDD

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.
