I recently joined a company on 5th January 2026, and it has been only 15 days since I joined. The background verification for this company was done by First Advantage. Now I have been selected at Deloitte, and their background verification is also done by First Advantage.
Please help me understand how I can leave my first company quickly and join Deloitte, as Deloitte is offering me better pay.

Also, what will be the background verification process in this case?

Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
