It really depends. AA1 at the SDC were being hired at $40k or so. And analyst is making around $55k. And a senior is around $60k. As a senior you also get larger bonuses because you are not overtime eligible. I hope it helps
I came into the SDC as an A1 at 46k. I’m a few years down the road progressed and making 62k as an analyst.

They have two promotion cycles. Agile promotions in January if you are amazing and they love you and the regular promotion cycle in August. The key is to understand progression vs promotion. Progression would be for instance going from AA1 to AA2 or Senior 1 to Senior 2. Promotion would be to go from AA2 to analyst or from analyst to Senior. Promotions comes with a promotion bonus. Everyone receives a bonus in August as long as you show up and do your job. Now depending on your performance and ratings your bonus can be higher than your peers
