Any idea how much time they’ll take to revert ?

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

Hello! Does anyone have insightful information on working off a base salary and commission? I’m currently salary but my company is offering the option to make commissions but we have no idea how to structure this and they’re leaving it up to me to decide! I support 3 recruiters and we usually keep 90-95 req’s.

My agency doesn’t submit for awards, and I’m not saying I’d win if they did. But as much as we say awards don’t matter, it feels like they do at a lot of places I’d like to eventually work. How difficult is it to submit on my own? Or am I better off finding a place that does submit and is willing to hire me without awards?

Was told I was going to get hired after my freelance contract finished up (which is next month), the head hancho creative person even called me up offering a full time job, praising me, all that .
