I worked 2 years for an international non-profit and then re-entered engineering for 4 years and just got into HBS. Be sure you have a tight story connecting each role with a clear connection to your future plans.
Yeah for sure!
The job isn’t an issue, non-traditional students get in all the time (engineers, teachers, etc.). A bigger issue would be time, you prob want to apply around age 26, now would be a couple years too early
Be able to show leadership and ability to take initiative. Have volunteering on your resume as well.
They’re looking for potential, so show the beginning of the trajectory

Background is good, maybe wait another year or so, I just applied at 25 in R1 w/ good results (thus far) so you’re within the feasible age range
Make sure you have a good story.
Nice, congrats on your results! Any advice on what I can be doing while I gain more experience in my current role?
