Do you use an external out of office when traveling? Also, do you tell clients about vacation plans? I am the main client contact for a case, and am unsure how to externally navigate vacation. Should I let the client know that I will be out and who to reach out to? Should I put up an out of office that would go to clients/external persons who email me or just an internal out of office? I am traveling internationally, so it would be hard to pretend I am not on vacation or traveling.
