Cancel Robinhood.. Left a 1-star review on App store. What alternatives do we have??

Consulting webdev here. Current client seems to contradict themselves every week in terms of deliverables. How do I get the client to reign in their vision so that I can actually finish the job? I know my work is solid but I can't exactly deliver on client expectations if they keep changing.

Need advice. Currently work a comfortable job in banking making base of 200k + substantial bonus & finish at 6pm. I dislike my job & have 0 passion. Only do it for money. Discovered I love e-commerce & got offered a senior role at a new D2C Ecom brand, taking a paycut to 130k but with substantial equity. Family & friends are concerned because there’s a good chance of a recession near term. I have never experienced a downturn & not sure if I would be making a mistake by taking the leap! TIA

Individual Contributor or Manager of 4? I have about 6 yrs of exp and have managing a team of 4 for about a year. Recently in a performance review my manager commented that I was always a top tier bucket as an individual but as a manager, I was slightly worse off performance wise. I’ve been looking at another opp which is about 20% more comp but is an individual contributor. Is being a manager all it’s cracked up to be? Should I even consider since I’m early in my career?
