I have an offer from Cognizant, I get my offer revised with my counter offer.
Now again I have another counter offer, should I ask them to revise my offer letter again?

I have 2nd round (final?) with EY for Product Manager position. I am being told that’s it’s the same as first round but at different level (first was with Manager, this is with Senior Manager). Anyone has any experience on how different these rounds are and what should I do differently to prepare? It’s a behavioral interview.

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I grew up poor and was obsessed w financial security. After investing my blood, sweat and tears into my career for years, I’ve decided I don’t care about my career or earnings as long as I have enough to support my family. We are happier than ever making less and saving little. I wasn’t there when my mom was sick and died because I was working and my employer didn’t allow me to be in a mental headspace to be a good person for my family. I can never change that but I can be better going forward.

I have no idea what I’m doing. Life is a little overwhelming, and I want to keep growing as a professional but in a different direction than where I’m at right now. Switching careers and industries is so difficult. Props to those who’ve broken into their first job after a career change!
