Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. How to build on DSA and related stuffs. Opportunities after PwC exit is very good but most of them are focusing very much on Data Structures and Algo. Now the thing is common Java related data structures needed for application development are okay and Java frameworks are also fine but the next steps is where I am facing issue(non CS background with 4+ exp). Would welcome suggestions if there are any preparation strategies and materials or suggestions for paid courses also.

I'm using data jpa to connect to oracle DB in our API.

We have one scenario when the DB is down, then also normal flow should work.

Although it is working fine, but when we are checking the logs it's taking more than 1 second just to identify that the DB is locked, this is not within our SLA.

In the normal case it's processing within 200 ms.

We're using Spring Boot, Hibernate, Oracle 19c

Please provide some valuable suggestions from our side
