What to expect in client round? Is it easy to clear or there is a chance of rejection?

I have a call with a recruiter on Monday. I can get a pretty good referral in to the hiring manager. Do I wait until I get offered the chance to meet the hiring manager to ask for the referral?

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

I need your immediate help for Barclays, i am in the middle of the interview process for Barclays Pune/Mumbai, I have heard that they do check Credit Report for all roles as a part of their Pre employment screening (May be stage 1).
Is that correct?
Can someone please check their Background screening report and confirm?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.
