Cleared Deloitte technical round,manager round n then today director round happened,she asked all technical questions and I answered all of them. She asked how many years of experience I said 11 years and she said and role you have applied is senior Consultant,I said yes that's what I got call for. And that's it. After 10 mins when I checked in portal it says rejected. WTF!

How's the Chicago job market right now?

I know everyone will have different answers for this but how did you know it was time to get sober? I think it might be time for me to find a new job and pursue sobriety, but I don't feel like I'm a rock bottom which is the only time I've ever seen people really commit to it (my father).
