Hi everyone,
I have a total 9+ work ex in Devops and Release Management. Did an executive mba with a goal of breaking into Program management but got recruited into Management Consulting . In this company for the past 3 months.
I feel that my overall skills are better off in a TPM/Program Management role.
My overall experience makes me eligible for most PM roles.
My question is how do I prep for a TPM role since I don’t have development or Scrum Master exposure. Amazon India VMware BrowserStack Inc.

Are you gonna make your decision based off the votes of a bunch of 25 year olds who complain about cost of living, being underpaid, having to work 55 hours a week, and think they all are God’s gift to consulting while their Managers and Partners all wear dunce caps?

I voted “no” already. But my take is what I said above - don’t make your decision Based off this

Why no though? Is it that bad?

I vote for entertaining. Some good consulting leadership at Cog in FS. Worth deciding for yourself
FYI...lot of churn (more than the usual) at senior and practice lead levels these day
