Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. I have been interviewing for a job. I think I will get an offer. On paper everything is great. ~30k more than I’m making now, plus larger bonus and more profit sharing. Everyone seemed nice. I know someone who works there, and she says it’s great. I hesitate because I love my job. I have the best boss I’ve ever had and genuinely like coming to work. I’ve never had that before. Is McK Digital less brutal in terms of hours but the same level of prestige as general McK?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
