why cts blacklist any company any idea?
Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

Yes. My timeline:
2 weeks to set up recruiter call
1-2 weeks to set up hiring manager screen
2-4 weeks to set up loop
1 week for feedback
1 week to negotiate
So, if you find the perfect role and crush the interview, you are looking at about 10 weeks. I can tell you, I applied for tons of roles where they chose someone else or where they paused hiring or ghosted me. Overall, it took me a solid 4-5 months to get my new role that start mid may.
Yeah very easily especially for a good role. Market is flooded with talent right now. Also, be aware of your skillset - is it in demand? If no, I’d consider lowering standards or developing your skillset to meet market demands
I would say 6-8 months to find a good job that fits. IF you just want money and are applying for whatever job maybe 3 months? But in this climate its going to be hard. Some jobs posted aren't even real jobs since the companies are still competing on the bids and may not even win, OR the job exists but then the contract gets terminated once you're onboareded or gets cancelled 2 months in. Its a shitty time right now... private sector roles maybe are more promising.
