Companies that keep renewing a job on LinkedIn, why would you do that ? I have been seeing a job posted and refreshed without fail for the third month now. Are you just collecting resumes? Hoping to meet candidates and understand how their organizations function? Or is the pool so terrible that you must refresh the posting and hope other, more suitable candidates apply? This company in particular is a reputable pension fund in Canada (think CPP, PSP or Ontario Teachers’); associate role.

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.
