Compensation for my team has been a huge talking point in my region the last 8 months. I decided after months of questions with no clear answer to take a stand and be bold. This turned into my direct supervisor calling me a “rabble rouser”, a “pot stirrer” and by standing up I have “tarnished my name” and need to decide if this is where I want to be and what I want to do long term.
