Hi, I'm a Senior Consultant at a Mid Size Healthcare/Med Tech management consulting firm. I have about 5 years of non consulting experience and 1.5 years of consulting experience. I have an MBA from a pretty reputed school in Europe, and a masters in Biology.
I'm moving from Europe to New England for person reasons.
I'm trying to get an idea for what the market salary rates are for senior consultant and engagement managers in Life Science consulting firms - ZS, IQVIA, DRG.

Is it a good time to join Grammarly or should I stay where I am (underpaid but stable)?

Expecting an offer this week or early next week, but want to know when you start negotiating the salary? When you receive the call from the company or wait until receiving the formal offer letter? And how should the negotiation start? Through phone calls or emails? Didn’t use recruiter for this position, so I don’t know what is the process here.

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? Does anyone have any RAG formulaic templates they've used in the past that they wouldn't mind sharing? Working at a company that is developing processes and we do not have a consistent/formulaic approach to RAG status. I've worked in other companies where we would do line item milestones with their own individual RAG (determined by probability+ impact) that would roll up into an overall project RAG status. But, I'm unable to find a template like that easily.

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup.
