Hey fishes,
I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.
Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!

How many years have you been an Account Supervisor? Which agency?
AS1 - Supervisor for a year, rather not say agency
Account supervisor in NYC? Maybe 25k?
@ CW1 lol - AAEs start at $35-40K. @ AS OP - aim high. Shoot for $80-85K.
@ AS OP - if they're interested, they won't pull an offer because of desired salary. Best case, they'll give it to you, and worst case, they'll right size. Make it known that you're interested in the opportunity and open to discussing. $80-85K was with NYC in mind, but would encourage you to ask for at least $80K.
Agree- Better to at least ask now bc once you're in the raises are always smaller than switching agencies.
AS for a lateral move should be $85k. (In NYC)
Agree, push for what you can. I did a lateral move and I'm happy where I ended up. That said, it meant that whereas I was typically a little ahead of my peers in terms of title, now sometimes I feel a little behind. I don't know if anyone has done this but I would maybe try to negotiate that you could be at least reviewed for promotion in a year.
Oh, ok...was thinking $75k...so maybe 80? Or just go for the 85? I don't wanna get laughed out of the job. They seem interested, but I don't want to push it. Market is Toronto.
How much are you getting paid now? Starting rate is between 60-70. If you're good and they want you, ask for what you want.
Also from my experience in Toronto, people pay wildly different salaries. You set your own. The market will pay what they want.
In pharma, 2 years ago, I took a "demotion" as AS at 110K. Not sure what actual or non pharma AS salaries are but just saying. This was in NYC.
Oh, sorry, misunderstood, this is about Toronto, so no idea.
Are you in CA now or moving countries?
I found that salaries in Canada are about almost a full step down from NYC salaries due to market and currency exchange. So if an account Sup is equal to a manager in title the NY base is 75-80k. If its closer to an associate director in title it's more 95-115k. So figure out what the title equates too, and then step down. Thats your base.
