How's it like working for PwC India as SAP Functional Senior Associate?
I have a 5.3y work ex with ACN, as a FSCM consultant (L10 currently, was assured of a L9 effective March, but declined due to growing poor culture within ACN).
Got an offer from PwC India
Current TC: 9.5 LPA.
PwC Offered TC: 19 LPA.
IBM Offered Fixed: 17 LPA
IBM would be a smooth drive, but skeptical to join PwC given the WLB issues, as a lot of folks say.

Any thoughts, comments would be really helpful!

Right now I work for PSCU and I make $20/hr as a service desk tech. PatientPoint just offered me a job for an L2 position @ $24/hr. PSCU came back and gave me a counter-offer of pulling me in as a direct-hire, $2k sign-on bonus, and $21/hr.

PSCU is 100% remote and PatientPoint is 3 days in-office 2 days remote.

I can't for the life of me decide what to do.

The L2 thing is exciting.

PSCU is a non-profit. Glassdoor seems to favor PSCU.

One of my favorite things about working from an office is that my team has a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication—we have daily stand-ups and weekly meetings where everyone on the team gets together to talk about what everyone's working on.
