Azure. Most firms use .NET. startups and edgy frims use AWS. So if you deal with Microsoft centered folks more learn Azure. Imho, learn Azure.
Learn one and a lot of the knowledge you learn from one can be applied to the other. Cloud is cloud
AWS is hands down the leader today. That’s not to say azure is on their tail and may surpass. AWS will be a better entry way into Azure if you don’t have a lot of MS architectural experience. I have a lot of MS experience so I am going AWS and at any point go into azure with my MS knowledge and new AWS. My .02

Joking aside, I'd pick the one your firm sells more work in. It's invaluable to have people you can bounce questions off of and validate your architecture. There are enough differences that intimate knowledge of individual services is crucial. Eg what's the difference between Azure ACS and AWS ECS.
