Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?
Eli Lilly and Company.
Any leads would be highly helpful.
Thank you!

What’s Opus London like?
I’m in between projects. I have been for a while now. So if anyone is looking for a freelance copy and u/x writer, put me in coach! I’m available to work.
Check out my portfolio and let me know if we’re a good profit match.

I’d rather occasionally hate my job than always be bored
Because I work 40 hour weeks, and am making $130k at 31 which is more than I ever dreamed of making at this stage in my life. I love my project/client and have a great team/client team I enjoy working with day-to-day, bonus points that I get to be at home 100% of the time. Combine that with getting a yearly bonus, off schedule bonuses, quick career progression and large raises I can’t imagine finding a better situation
Coz on average, monthly salary is more than industry!
This is a Deloitte problem. Leave that place if you’re a strategy consultant
False
Depends on what kind of consulting you do. I think this only applies to management consultants
Because of the hour salary
Because finding the next job doesn’t always happen easily, and the fear of rejection is stronger than the appeal of possible greener pastures.
That’s just how the world works. If you make 100/hr and work 40 hours per week that’s roughly 200K. If you make 90/hr and work 50 hours per week that’s 225K.
Nominal difference is 25K, but the logical difference is I can’t/won’t work elsewhere if I’m making 200K in industry.
Intellectual stimulation
Industry - same boss, rigid hierarchy, less diverse talent pool, limited career movement.
It’s the PPMD position where you get a lot more. Especially if you can get to partner. I can tell you it is life changing for you and your family.
