Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

The one you like the most. You will be better at it and help your career if you actually like doing it.
That's a very consultant answer.... Let's assume I am equally interested in all industries? 🤷♂️
Tech?
If you are only focusing on resume I would say tech or biotech. You probably want to join a small to midsize company that is on growth path. Those are the industries where finding the right product market fit can take a single product to 1-10 bn with very little marginal cost. So the is a premium on placing the right bets and if you are at a company that hits, it is usually easy to jump to higher levels because the growth is explosive. There are also a lot of transactions and BD in those spaces, which is good experience. Tech, bioy check, pharma, and Finance also typically pay the best.
Agree with M1. I found myself really interested in CPG and TMT.
