I've read through every one of these threads and used the observations / advice I've seen here paired with my own research to get "into the game." It seems like Ripple, Monero, Gnosis, and Golem are the ones worth being in outside of the "big 3" (not MBB). Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit. There are so many major issues in this company that I don’t know if I want to subject my mental health to this degree of toxicity. I just don’t know how to move forward from here.

I applied for a role a few days ago and found the relevant hiring manager today via LinkedIn. Should I send a follow up mail/introduce myself to this person. Would it leave a good impression or come across as desperate?

Btw, the person is in a “Talent Acquisition” position at the company.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
