IBM - Consultant (consumer markets & logistics) + 17LPA
Accenture strategy - Consultant (HR analytics) + 24LPA

Role at IBM is definitely the more desired one, but accenture strategy salary difference is huge. Does Accenture encourage internal movements at a later stage? Also any reason you'd chose one org over the other?

I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike.
