Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

That’s a normal efficient arrival time / boarding window. What are you complaining about?
::Flight of the valkyries plays menacingly in the background::
Well if it's EWR you're in trouble mister
10 mins after you arrive ? Seems doable depending on airport :)
Just made it at EWR. Got there 7 minutes before boarding. Made it into the plane half way into boarding
Which means you have 40 minutes to make it to your gate...
I once got to the airport 25 minutes before takeoff (drove myself) because there was a terrible winter storm and it took me 3x as long to drive to airport so even though I left way earlier than normal didn’t help. Valet parked my car as it was my only option to make it, rushed to security which was mostly empty due to the weather, ran to gate and made it by one minute.
Once you experience that or something similar, 40 minutes seems like a lifetime.
Totally fine if you fly out of DCa
Smaller airports rock. 14 mins from uber exit to gate with a bathroom pit stop
Its a connection too rather than direct, guess i get to be the runner today
So, did you make it?
Pay the money for TSA Pre-Check. It’s worth it.
I have to go throigh normal security
It depends on when boarding ends
I’ve gotten to EWR after boarding already started and still made the plane... had to check my carry-on though :/
... and clear if your home airport has it. We'll woryh the $99 bucks (get a dl FF, doesnt matter if it has 0 miles, and get Clear for $99).
Arrived after boarding started this morning and made it to the gate in 10 minutes from parking garage. Pre check at DTW is great
This seems like an average fly day to me
You have 40 minutes OP. 40 minutes to get from the car to your plane. During these 40 minutes, you do what you have to do. Run. Fling your bag to stop the gate from closing. Cry to the passengers at Security Check. But do it all. Let no one say you didn’t try. Let it be known wide and clear that you used those 40 minutes wisely. Because no one can take these 40 minutes away from you. Not even God. Except if God was TSA, but otherwise not even god.
Sounds like you’re early in my opinion
I became one of the cool kids who got his name called while running to gate. Thankfully made it, learned my lesson
I hope the lesson you learned is don’t be a consultant without precheck
