Counter offer is possible with congnizant? Do they release second offer letter with increment again if I show other company offer letter?

I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp. I've said I'll think about it and hope they raise the offer again.
Should I not consider this at all if they don't at least match my base? I have been aiming for £70k-£80k when looking at new jobs

Is PEPI doing 2 years of assured bonuses (for new hires, given the timeline) at the manager and Director levels these days? Heard the firm might be increasing bases as well!
