Covid Networking: How the hell do you do it? Now that it looks like we'll be WFH through 2021 or later in my city I realize I have to actually figure out how to network remotely. Any ideas? (Thinking more peer to peer than client development networking)

One of my frnd put his resign in TCS on 20Sept21 but he want early release i.e. on 10th Oct. But HR said as you are critical resource so project has not approved your early release and you need to serve complete notice period. Any consequences he will face if he left on 10th oct??
When he can expect his relieving/Servuce letter in such case.
Also will he face any negative legal action if he abscond after 10th and If he join another conpany will it be legally wrong for him?

Started at my first BL firm and seems too good to be true. People are super nice (including one partner who has gone out of their way to help me on questions I have and may end up being a great mentor that I’ve long sought), work is more organized and planned out far in advance avoiding unnecessary fire drills (transactional), training is fantastic and I’ll probably bill the same or fewer hours as I used to and get paid twice as much. The grass is indeed greener!
